George lives just outside Shipston-on-Stour, South Warwickshire, in the heart of the country he is covering for Stacks Property Search. George is a countryman, having been brought up in the wilds of Northumberland. When the opportunity arose to take on the renovation of his grandmother’s house in 2006 he jumped at the chance to move, and has been happily settled there ever since.

Having moved some 12 times or the past 30 years George has heaps of experience. He has renovated, built from scratch (for himself and as a small-time developer), and has taken on complete makeover projects.  George comments “I am well-acquainted with the challenges of moving whether it is 5 miles or 5,000. He continues “This is a fantastic area of the country; it is wonderfully accessible with great road networks, easy access to international airports and train services whether to London Marylebone or Paddington, Birmingham and the north or to the south and south-west.”
